Website termsLibrary Purpose
Helix Wealth LLC ("Helix Wealth") makes available from this page its current public regulatory profile, combined Form ADV Part 2A brochure and Part 2B brochure supplement, voluntary Form ADV Part 3 (Form CRS) relationship summary, privacy notice, and website terms of use. Helix Wealth LLC is an Indiana state-registered investment adviser. Registration does not imply any particular level of skill or training.
Client-specific materials, such as your advisory agreement and account-opening documents, are delivered directly to you rather than posted here.
Which Document Controls
The materials on this page are provided for convenience and may be summaries. If anything on this website differs from a final Form ADV, voluntary relationship summary, privacy notice, advisory agreement, custodian statement, or other required client disclosure, the final document controls.
Helix Wealth intends to update posted disclosure documents promptly after any material amendment or provide a current regulatory source where the filing is maintained.
Standard Of Conduct And Non-Waiver Of Rights
Helix Wealth is an Indiana state-registered investment adviser and acts as a fiduciary to its advisory clients. Nothing on this page or on the website waives or limits any right or remedy clients may have under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the rules thereunder, applicable state securities laws, or other applicable law.
As required by Section 215(a) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, any provision purporting to waive compliance with the Act or its rules is void. These disclosures do not waive the firm's fiduciary duty or cause any client to waive a non-waivable legal right.
Fee Information
Fee information is described in the firm's Form ADV Part 2 brochure and in client-specific advisory agreements. Fees, billing method, and any applicable third-party costs are confirmed in writing before services begin.
Custody And Brokerage
Helix Wealth does not maintain physical custody of client assets. Client assets are held by an independent qualified custodian, such as Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., which maintains the accounts and sends account statements directly to clients at least quarterly.
Helix Wealth is deemed to have custody of client assets in limited respects: because it is authorized to deduct its advisory fees directly from client accounts, and because certain clients grant standing letters of authorization that permit the firm to instruct the custodian to transfer funds to one or more third parties the client has designated in writing. These arrangements are described in the firm's Form ADV. For an account subject to a standing letter of authorization, the client authorizes the arrangement in writing and may amend or terminate it at any time.
Clients should carefully review the statements they receive directly from their custodian and compare them against any reports or fee information provided by Helix Wealth. Custodian agreements, statements, and disclosures are issued by the custodian and govern the custody relationship.
Insurance Activities And Compensation
Certain Helix Wealth representatives are separately licensed as insurance agents. When a client purchases an insurance product through a Helix Wealth representative acting in that capacity, the representative may receive commissions or other compensation from the insurance company. That compensation is separate from, and in addition to, the advisory fees Helix Wealth charges.
This creates a conflict of interest, because it gives the representative a financial incentive to recommend insurance products and particular carriers. Clients are never obligated to purchase insurance products through Helix Wealth or its representatives and may purchase any recommended product through the insurance agent or broker of their choice. As a fiduciary, Helix Wealth addresses this conflict by making recommendations it believes are in the client's best interest and by disclosing this compensation; the conflict is described further in the firm's Form ADV.
Electronic Delivery And Annual Updates
Where permitted and consented to, Helix Wealth may deliver Form ADV materials, the voluntary relationship summary, the privacy notice, and other disclosures electronically, including through email. Clients may request paper copies at any time at no charge.
Helix Wealth delivers its brochure (Form ADV Part 2A) and any brochure supplements (Part 2B) before or at the time it enters into an advisory agreement, and delivers the voluntary relationship summary when made available. On at least an annual basis, the firm delivers either an updated brochure or a summary of material changes together with an offer to provide the full updated brochure at no charge.
Helix Wealth intends to update posted disclosure documents promptly after any material amendment or provide a current regulatory source where the filing is maintained.
Business Continuity And Succession
Helix Wealth maintains a written business continuity and succession plan. If death, disability, retirement, firm dissolution, or another material disruption affects service, the firm or an authorized continuity representative will seek to notify clients promptly.
Client assets remain with the qualified custodian during any transition. Any transfer of advisory responsibility will occur only with client consent or another process permitted by applicable law and written client notice.

Website summaries are not a substitute for reviewing the current disclosure PDFs, advisory agreements, custodian statements, and client-specific notices, and nothing here waives any non-waivable right under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or applicable state law.
